Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Diamond Football Recruiting ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

Athletes under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to create a profile. Recruiters must represent a legitimate college program, NAIA institution, JUCO, or sanctioned recruiting organization and may be required to verify their affiliation.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of profiles, highlight videos, photos, and other content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of connecting athletes with recruiters.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods.

6. No Recruiting Guarantee

Diamond Football Recruiting is a discovery and communication platform. We do not guarantee scholarship offers, roster spots, recruiter contact, or any specific recruiting outcome.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not impersonate others, scrape the Service, send spam, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent verification or payment systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diamond Football Recruiting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
