1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, password (hashed), athlete metrics (height, weight, 40 time, GPA, position, class year), school, location, bio, profile photo, and highlight video URL. Recruiters provide school name, role, division, and verification details.
We automatically collect basic technical data (IP, browser, device, pages visited) to operate and secure the Service.
2. How We Use Information
- Operate athlete profiles and recruiter discovery
- Power the Diamond Rating and recruiting events
- Send transactional emails (account, messages, recruiter interest)
- Process subscription payments via Stripe
- Detect abuse and enforce our Terms
3. Who Sees Your Profile
Athlete profiles marked public are visible to verified recruiters and to anyone with a direct link. You can mark your profile private from the dashboard at any time. Direct messages are visible only to participants.
4. Minors
Many athletes on the Service are under 18. By creating a profile, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent. Parents may contact us at any time to review, edit, or delete a minor's account.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payments, Lovable Cloud (Supabase) for hosting and database, and email infrastructure for transactional messages. These providers process data only as needed to operate the Service.
6. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes your profile from public view; backup copies may persist for a reasonable period.
7. Your Rights
You can edit your profile, export your data, or delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Email support@diamondfootballrecruiting.com for assistance.
8. Email Communications
We send transactional emails (verification, password reset, recruiter messages, milestone rewards). Every transactional email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
9. Security
Passwords are hashed; data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email.
